Rouse & Company, in Wayzata, an industry leader in Executive Benefits, is seeking a full-time Executive Benefit Consultant for an immediate opening. This position is focused on establishing strategic relationships, expanding product offerings with existing clients, and engaging new clients who can benefit from our services. The Executive Benefit Consultant will be responsible for meeting monthly and quarterly target objectives while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

The Executive Benefit Consultant will be mentored by Rouse & Company’s President as a sales-oriented professional who values productivity and face-to-face engagement with clients and strategic partners. The Executive Benefit Consultant will also be responsible for collaborating with the Rouse & Company team to improve business development effectiveness and enhance business revenue.

This role requires a high degree of discretion, initiative, flexibility, and organization, and is uniquely positioned to impact both our exceptional client list and colleagues. The best team members develop profound client relationships, exemplify a winning attitude, become experts at providing support whenever and wherever clients need it, and drive synchronization among Rouse & Company and our strategic partners.

Education, Experience, Licenses

  • 4+ years of client-facing sales in the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Securities Series 6 & 63 license required.
  • Life & Health license required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
